Mothers Day Classic

Great to see so many people turn out for the Mothers Day Classic to raise money for Breast Cancer. Over 80,000 people attended all over Australia and over $5million was raised - just wonderful!!

I hope you all had a wonderful Mothers Day. I had a lovely day with my 4 beautiful children.

Mothers Day is tinged with sadness for us though. We lost my sister-in-law Louise, early last year to breast cancer, she was only 41. I took her daughter to the movies us yesterday. Nothing can ease the pain of spending Mothers Day without your mother, but I hope we helped in a little way.

I am lucky enough, at the age of 44, to still have my mother and my grandmother.
